How is this minecraft?
It'd be rad if there were markers to show what paths different characters took through the stories
Man, it's gotta be crazy to go through this map if you know a ton of middle earth lore
It's true about the urine. It was collected, processed & used by fullers. It was used to bleach white cloth but also to set dyes. Tanners used to take crap, usually from dogs, & use it along with other waste products to prepare animal skins & turn them into leather.
These 2 professions were therefore notoriously smelly & the people who did them lived & worked on the outskirts of towns & villages, not only to prevent the smell from infecting the nostrils of everyone else but also to protect the area's water supply, the stream or river. They'd learned from experience industries that created noxious waste that ran into the water could contaminate so the premises were always set up downstream from settlements.
What texturepack are u using?
Man ive been using 1.18 Conquest reforged for so damn long and build entire cities, galleons and cathedrals. I am at awe of their building style, especially the truss systems for the small village houses. I'll definatly use their map for inspiration

They should try the origin mod to let people be different races when they join the server.
This would make for a really cool MMO server.
This Is Super Masterpiece!!, If only he would work with me to make a medieval map like this, because if you know, we're making a big, fully animated minecraft film that needs builders, but maybe we'll never work together. 😔
I wish AAA game dev studios put as much attention to detail into their worlds as these guys did.
