Titanfall was fucking Amazing I’m surprised you didn’t talk about the amazing “prestige” (generation) progression you also had through the game. I loved how you had to do certain challenges to get to the next prestige. I remember GRINDING the “gooser challenge” it was so hard they reduced the amount of kills you had to get from 100 to just 5. Something I wish they brought back to TF2 but sadly didn’t

I won't argue against TF2 but it's impossible to call the game better than BF1, not even half as good as bf1. I think you can't launch a game to new audience with number "2" attached to it.

The amount of ungodly hours spent awake at night spent in the titan fall series makes me sad to think about. Multiplayer games just don’t hit the same anymore ever since the broader audience fell in love with battle royal games.

I remember when titanfall 2 came out. My mom told me i could only get 1 game out of the 3 that came out on the same day. While all my friends picked cod. I went with titanfall2. A decision i would never regret! Eventually my friends realized how good titanfall 2 was and also got it. 4,000 hours on titanfall 2 🔥 I played that game religiously. It really hurts to see the state of the franchise. I will forever have hope of the 3rd game

Titanfall 2, Battlefront 2, and Deep Rock Galactic deserved so much more
TitanFall 2 was so much fun. Me and the homes started playing it when we had nothing else to play and had alot of great moments on it. Sad that they could have had a new Franchise power house but went with the Battle Royal money grab.

Just realized Titanfall has become like Team Fortress 2. Both communities waiting for the parent company to give the franchise the love it so rightfully deserves.
TF2 is one of my all time favorites. I still play it to this day.
It's crazy how both TF2 games were abandonned and the communities are doing whatever they can to keep them alive
I prefer for the franchise to die than to follow the already terrible route of mainstream accessibility that Titanfall 2 and subsequently Apex had. The first Titanfall game had an objectively amazing skill gap and learning curve with the only downside of having the smart pistol being a thing in the game, the titan weapon customization was great.
What’s also incredible is that the community for this franchise has been incredible. I mean they made their own client to keep the game alive while Respawn abandoned it for years until recently. It shows how people are craving for a third instalment.
I just played titanfall 2 and i loved it, its was way too fun! Instantly one of my top fps of all time. Its sad its abandoned

great video but one correction, apex actually did have a huge hype train as ea had paid several streamers to play the game, that created hype train but the responsiveness of the devs and the movement and just pace of play kept people playing.

Personally, I’m afraid of an attempt at a 3rd entry to the franchise. Seeing as Respawn is essentially disassociating with their Titanfall IP and a majority of lead directors and developers have moved on or been laid off since then. I feel that a lot of the passion and respect has been lost now. With the present state triple A gaming, there will never be another game like Titanfall 2. Thank you for this video.

I usually only play frontier defense since I suck donkey d*ck in multiplayer.
