  1. Petitioning this equipment as mandatory at every gym that has squat racks.

    It was the missing link in my posterior training and has heavily contributed to many of PRs.

  2. Matt, you forgot the most important exercise of all time: bicep curls. Strong posterior chain, solid hams and glutes are nowhere near as important as having biceps with Mt. Everest peaks.

    I added a reverse hyper swing arm with pillow block bearings this winter to the GHR I built a few years ago from some scrap. I hold the strap for weighted GHR’s or back extensions
    I made it a pulley machine too.
    I put an eye bolt at the bottom of the hyper arm and caribeener a cable to go up to a pulley hanging from my pull up bar.It’s good for seated low pulls too- just attach to the hyper strap. Stood on blocks to make it a belt squat attached to the eyebolt.

    GHR and Reverse hyper have solved my lower back problems

  4. I married a reverse hyper machine four years ago. I sleep with her every night. I can confidently say that my lower back and glutes have grown so much that I can no longer get out of bed.
