  1. Yep, not an e-bike. No operable pedals and way too much power. It is an electric motorcycle! All you have to do is get into a crash where a person is injured and your life will change for ever. Criminal charges and civil litigation will follow. Donā€™t worry, you are above the law, you are special.

  2. MXCe. Honestly we need to stop calling everything an eBike. We don't call all gas driven cycles Petrol-Bikes.

MTBe, MOPEDe, MXCe, MCe would be way more accurate to what the hell people are riding., This is not an eBike as the term is intended.
and it is not a bicycle. THe bullshit brakes are cost savings and the pedal kit is a joke trying to make it pass off Pedal Assist to skirt the law.

  3. Hold on a second you went over all the ways that we could fix this and didnā€™t mention legalizing drug use. Itā€™s really simple look at what legalizing pot did to the cannabis industry. If you wanna get rid of fentanyl deaths, youā€™ll legalize drug use pure and simple.

  4. 4:15 anyone know what those two other e-bikes are? Iā€™m planning to buy a e-bike thatā€™s about that size.

And if someone donā€™t mind, whatā€™s a good brand that I should buy the e-bike from? That is under $900

    Thank you!

  5. If you come off near its max speed dressed like that, you'll never do that again. Not dressing for that speed will end your life. You're already old enough to know better. I'm not saying this isn't a cool and exciting machine, it most definitely is. But for god's sake spend some money to dress suitably to save your life. I guarantee you, you're going to come off this at a very high speed. It's just a matter of time. You're going to learn an incredible lesson about pavement at that point, if you don't learn it right now.

  6. It's nice, I live in socal too but I can't justify the price tag. You dont need to spend 10k to go 72mph. The ariel x-class 52v (on sale for $1800 right now) and a 5000w conversion kit (about $1000~), plus a second battery (varies) will get you up to around 62mph. This is just off the top of my head, I'm sure there's many other options for the x-class. Those tires arent very fat, either. So, I like it and I appreciate the contribution but I personally wouldn't ride it. And be careful in the city, always assure everyone is an idiot and that there are cops on every corner.

  7. Great fun, but unless you have experience of a fast motorbike, could be a bit dangerous. Also dont charge battery indoors unsupervised.Lots of reports of fires around the world.

  8. 10 thousands dollars ? For this much I can have my driving license for bikes and buy a real one that will go faster, with more range, and save a bit of money to eat a donut during the ride.

Not even worth it (for me, who's just looking to ride something to go to work.)

  9. My state that isnā€™t considered an E-bike because it has no pedals. All ā€œE-bikesā€ must have pedals that function and not exceed 20MPH and not exceed 750 watts. If it has pedals and has a speed of 30 MPH itā€™s considered a moped and must be registered as such. The rider must have a drivers license. If it exceeds 30 MPH itā€™s considered a motorcycle and must be registered as such pedals or not, and you must have a motorcycle endorsement. Mopeds and motorcycles electric or not must have headlights and brake lights. If considered a motorcycle it also must have turn signals. This Surron in my state would be considered a motorcycle no matter what the rider says.

  10. E-bicycles we're an awesome entry into the world of motorcycles now that owners have hopped them up beyond legal limitations and are skirting the law the only outcome is deaths and forced government crackdown regulations that are as restricted as for motorcycles so now they ruin it for those truly wanting an easy entry pathway to their future riding experiences. Once you travel at motorcycles speeds you get killed and injured at motorcycles levels but many times the bodily damage ends up being much worse because these riders don't wear motorcycles gear and armor and they don't learn the safety courses some state force motorcycles riders to learn which teaches many good ways to stay safer on the roads.

  11. It's worse than an e-motorcycle it is a motorcycle but without the appropriate brakes and speed rates tires to safely stop at those speeds plus when you exceed the speed ratings you're at risk of treads coming off. Everyone jacking these things up in power only do that. Motor, battery, speed controller but no one is upgrading brakes and safety side.

  12. no peddles is not a ebike but an eMoto bike and there's not a problem with that except I would not have watched this if I new it was not an Ebike. Faults advertising as I see it. Cool bike though.

  13. I think it's only a matter of time before these types of machines start being treated like what they really are… electric dirt bikes. Soon they will be regulated requiring all the same features that are found on motorcycles (because that's what they are!). Hopefully not too many people get hurt on them and they are regulated, not banned. Enjoy the freedom while you can.

  14. There is a certain price tag that creates a fine line between buying a electric bike and motorcycle. Yes, one needs insurance, registration, fuel etc. But for a machine at the cost of $10k dollars, u do want registration and insurance. For a 70mph pace u do want insurance again for medical reasons in case I fall. Not to mention build quality. If you're going to drop 10k you might as well get a slightly used Ducati supermotard with Brembo brakes, top of the line build quality and proper quality control. Not to mention legal because this on public roads is definitely not. This is like buying a 140k Tesla replica that can't be registered when you could have just bought a Porsche 911 all along for that price
