Sir I am moderate ar patient with total cholestrol value of 171
Triglycerides – 118
HDL – 49.9
Non Hdl – 121.1
Ldl – 97.5
vldl – 23.8
chol/hdl ratio – 3.43
hdl/ldl ratio- 0.51
ldl/hdl ratio – 1.95
with haalemoglobin – 16.4
and rbc – 5.4
rdw-sd – 45
lymphocytes – 44.2
esonophiles – 8.4
facing chest pain and breathing difficulties aling with heartbeat in ear, back legs hands everywhere and sometimes stiff neck and mild jaw discomfort from about 1 month.
What should be my course of action sir. I am in fear. echo showed nothing except moderate ar. I am 29 years old. please help sir what shall be done amd is there any problem.in these values
Also neutrophils value – 1.68
and monocytes – 0.17
I am already an ar patient is something complicated. Do i need to worry?

Sir mein dawa bhi leyti hu atrolipf but mein dawa chordhna chahti hu toh kya mein exercise or walking say thik ho sakti hu
