  1. Hi. You said built in screen protector? I've had the phone for one day and the screen is starting to scratch. The screen, and scuffs, look like you would have on a plastic film type screen protector you would get on a brand new phone and remove before use. Does my phone have a removable screen protector fitted at factory which can be removed or not please? Or is this the actual screen, Thanks

  2. Bought this one second hand and i must say, my main phone is a Oppo find x3 pro now but the weight, software and battery life always draw me to the magic 5 lite 😅 if it wasn't for the mediocre camera setup i would switch immediately to this one as my main device. The outstanding battery life is such a great luxury to have and i actually prefer the overall look and feel of the software. Performance is just fine, i even kinda prefer this screen over the Oppo find x3 pro cuz of the higher touch sampling rate. Feels more direct to the touch

  4. So I bought this on your recommendation coming from my OnePlus 6, but the camera just seems really… crappy? There are like no clear/crisp edges on anything I am taking pictures of? 🥲 Can't return it either due to shitty store… Can it be something I need to fix?

  5. i got a Honor Magic 5 Lite for EUR269,90 (Discounted from EUR389,90, Specs are 120Hz 6'67 8GB/256GB with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695, I dont think any other Mid-Range phone on the market can match with Honor's Mid-Range devices, I dont even know how Honor does this anymore, They almost feel like flagship devices for 1/5th of the price!
Xiaomi Note 12 Series is a good match but i picked the Honor because of the curved display, Unlike Samsung Galaxy S ''Edge'' series flagships, The Honor phones dont care if your palm touches the edge of the screen and most importantly the screen doesn't have a seizure when doing that like most Edge display devices, I also tested the Honor 70 at the store, Honor 70 is not bad but for the price Honor Magic 5 Lite beats the Honor 70, Both have edge design display's, 120Hz, 8GB/256GB and 5G, However the Honor 70 was EUR398,90 (Discounted Price, Original was around EUR599,90).
So if you're looking for a promising, Mid-range device that will last you 2 to 3 years minimum, Godly specs and great value, Go for the Honor Magic 5 Lite, The camera is also really good, Potentially better than Xiaomi's Redmi Note 12 Pro+ which had a discounted price tag of around EUR389,99 (Original is about EUR499,90).
Honor devices are very promising and i believe it maybe better than Xiaomi, Honor devices are cheap, reliable and great for their value, i hope i could help with some of your questions, if you have any other questions just leave a comment and i'll be happy to help 🙂

  6. I bought this phone yesterday, only issues I have is the back camera which is atrocious as well as the mic on it is awful. Other than that and occasional stutter it's great! Front camera is literally the worst too. My gf has a redmi 9 pro which sounds miles better.

I believe all the money has gone into the display.

  7. Hi, nice review pal. My misses has just bought one and we're not sure what charging adapter to get or use for it as it hasnt came with one like you said. Any ideas?

  8. I'm definitely Getting this phone.. I have The Xiaomi 11T Pro..But guess what the display is malfunctioning at times in hot weather ,the battery is overheating when charging and the Battery life is draining badly after 12 months in use. I used to own Honor phones in the past and I can't fault them . Cameras are always nice and the battery never overheats ..So I'm switching back to Mid Rangers…
