Holy shit this happened on Sunday? So you caught the front wheel and went down on your left side and slid? Check the front fork carefully, and the headset! I think the fork is carbon? OMG road rash hurts like hell. I've only done that on a skateboard though. Glad you're ok.

Looks like a sore and nasty abrasion. Keep it clean. Fortunately no concussion or fractures. Please take it easy. I tend to overdo things trying to prove my eternal youth to myself. I’m sure you’ll be back on the road soon having fun and exercise
