If you have issues computer suddenly crashing/rebooting and if the cpu setting are not the problem then you might want to check the ram if it works flawlessly. Memtest86 or variants can do it for you, it takes some time, but testing is the way to go to find if there is some erroneus bits or some compatibility issue. It's already years since, but some older computer I had to drop the FSB speed from 1333 to 1066 Mhz, making it run lower speed than it should have been able, and ram started working fine and no crashes, and if I recall right the memory was actually mentioned to be compatible in the motherboard specs. The point is, if there is anything what makes computer randomly crash, it's quite often a broken ram stick or some ram setting in the motherboard must be changed to make it work.

My 5950X yeilds 8.635 kh with 1 memory stick.lowered cpu and mem voltage. At 1.000 volt on the cpu, i had your reboot problem…had to increase but still much lower than default

You lowered the cpu voltage a touch too much …my opinion b4 watching
