Surely if the costs don’t work out very well you should lower your overheads rather than selling a property?
You would of got slapped out my door unless it was wrote on the contract about fair usage of electricity.
Should have gave him the option to pay his own electric bill, he would have made the decision to not mine the bitcoin really fast lol😂

Why wouldn't you just charge him more for electric.? You didn't really explain why he couldn't mine for bitcoin.

I guess it depends as to whether there is a fair use clause in the contract surrounding the use of the utilities. If you don’t then he could maybe sue for breach of contract or take you to court for threatening to evict him.
