Congress determined fraud created by Parrikar govt on mining: Digambar Kamat

Former Chief Minister Digambar Kamat has said Congress will investigate the big fraud in mining wherein even police cases were filed based on the PAC report on mining. His attempts to get the PAC report on mining through RTI got replies that the PAC report was not presented to the legislative assembly, since it was not adopted. Kamat also said that replies from the PMO and from the Union Minister of Mines said that there was negligible dumping outside the lease areas and therefore the question of recovery does not arise. The entire Rs 35000 crore loot was a major drama to tarnish the image of him and Congress party, Kamat said.
