I need to understand something, When I put my 200 kh/s mine (13 CPU) on Zeph via Herominer I project 0.8 Zeph per 24h (38 USD), and on Nicehash RandomX makes about 60 USD worth of bitcoin. However, when I mine Monero with 200kh/s on Herominer, I make way less (10 USD per 24h). What am I missing, is Nicehash selling the hashpower to Zeph ?
I will keep holding till bull run.

st rule in life is pay yourself first ! if i buy 5$ of coin and can sell 1/2 of it for 5$ i just do it because the rest is now paid for. i sell most of mine, but keeping 10% is also a good strategy.

Hero miners solo pool jumps up 400 Mh/s for 12 hours then turns off? What is this? Huge amounts of Mh coming online and offline all at once. Not just today, yesterday too, then there's smaller, but similar repeating patterns throughout the 7 day history. Single entity? ASICs? Curious stuff anyway.

I was hoping cpu mining could keep flying under the radar until the real bull market, but oh well… That's why I chose cpu mining. Can always sell as gaming pc's after it dies since I'm at 1:1 cpu to gpu ratio.

Do you know how to make XMRIG use specific cores? My 2990WX with its NUMA nodes has half the cores without direct access to the memory. Somehow I need to tell it to use cores 0-15 and 32-47.

Man, I have so much regret having sold all of my bitcoins around 250 $ in 2014 to buy new GAW miner's hardware back in the days, I would recommend you hold for how much you are willing to loose (500$?) and you forget about it! You wont regret it.

I got back to mining recently to use my spare CPU time in Zephyr but I still miss chia I could literally mine from Google drive using rclone and hpool lmao I think CPU is too easy to setup that the difficulty can bump soon…
