  1. Awesome video
I have been out of the loop since the Eth merge.
I have 35 – 3000 series gpus and want to fire them up again. I used hive os when I mined before. Looking to get paid out in BTC regardless of what I mine.
I was thinking of hive os – NiceHash – Zelcash – BTC payout but would prefer to mine HTN or PYI but not sure if I can set this up in hive os so I receive the payout in BTC or if it is possible.

  2. Hey rabid, been watching your videos for some help. Big fan. Got a question for you or anyone really reading this. Started mining with a 3700x on an asus a520 board. Could only get about 7.5 kh/s when hiveos is on a ssd using sata connection. Playing around with it i switched to usb stick and now i get 8.9 kh/s without changing anything else. Wtf is up with that? Didnt know ssd could slow down the rig or does it sound like a problem with just my ssd?

  3. Not saying you, but a lot of people dont think about how much power the powersupply and motheboard are using. Or even a fan. I use 100 watts of power on two fans two move air through the house.

  4. Same exact hardware I used to get 10 PYRIN in 1 hour, then it moved to 2 hrs now it’s closed to 4hrs

I move every few days I let it mine a few payouts first before I move. I also test pools, hero vs kyprex pool seems a bit better. They are very close. The .5% pool fee is great on the Bklane or wherever Russian pool.

  5. Good old "whattomine" is really good for testing the water of mining in general but their ranking is weird sometimes: Lot of profitable coins are actually listed far away down which is really annoying.

  6.
