Daniel did threw but the control diaz had of the last game was just insane. He played very wise and did not get baited by daniel. This young man has a lot of potential.

Dan was tilted from loosing game 4… once Diaz realized how sloppy Dan started playing game 5 from being tilted, the rest was easy.

That was fun to watch. They really switched roles several times in this, from who was the better defender, whether to go aerial or ground scoring. It was fun to see their strategies adapt to each other.
That game 5 play from Diaz was PERFECT. Incredibly impressive. Diaz was winning a lot of the ground game in games 3 and 4, so Daniel switched to the Batmobile to have the superior edge in the dribble game. And Diaz just REFUSED to give him any of the situations where the batmobile would be the preferred car. He immediately started avoiding 50-50's, he completely switched off of his ground game that he played previously. He started playing faster and played more in the air, he ran the ball around the field quickly.
The batmobile excels when both players are opting for a slower, deliberate style of ground game with dribbles and flicks, and Diaz just…didn't.
You can say Daniel threw game 4. But give credit to Diaz because he legit played a perfect game 5. He absolutely dominated it. It's still hard to finish a top player like that.
Instead of saying Daniel threw, how about giving credit to this kid.

Lil Diaz is the perfect name to support an underdog
"Daniel lost his mind", he really did — you could see at the end of his last Fennec game how he seemed to have lost heart, and the Batmobile didn't make him find it again. Daniel is truly unstoppable when he's confident, but to me it looks like Daniel can quickly lose that confidence and fall off. Sad, confident Daniel is a treat to watch
