“The Hobbyist Miner”
I am Excited! Even though our current Home Bitcoin Mining Shed is less than a year old, it’s time to renovate, it’s time to upgrade, it’s time to Expand! With Maxing out the Power so Quickly in my Home Crypto Mining Shed, it’s time we beef up the power to support the demand! Crypto Mining and…

What if you connect two miners with one infinity fan
Why not 50a pdu.. only need 8
You need a hot and cold side. I did it in my garage and it made a huge difference.. 400a + 18kw solar
Have you thought about going immersion at that scale?
Outstanding!
T21 is 3 phase better than single phase balanced load I got 300amps
inspiring man, your set up is a dream for me.
That's going to be fun installing all of those kits! Do you plan on using those plastic exhaust vents or the metal hoods like you used with the s19 at the home shed. The metal ones flow much better and are less restrictive
Love to see the design thought process, thank you for sharing.
Would be great if you made a video explaining heat management. I almost never see people talking about it, a lot of us have troubles when only using 10,000 watts. Tips, tricks and lessons learned from failure would be appreciated, thanks!
This is a killer plan. 400amps and every ASIC running the best cooling option possible. So excited to see this complete. Nice work man
Man this sounds like a massive upgrade project but an awesome one at the same time. Im still trying to get my local power company to even come out and talk to me about what i need to get service at my shop on my in-laws property so i can get off their bill and can stop estimating my usage and cost to their bill
Dang man that is gonna be a sweet setup with all of them exhausting straight outside. Can't wait to see it!
Keep on feeding your asic addiction and just get them hosted for the time being until its all ready to go (maybe get them shipped back like a week before it finishes just for when its get completed you can spin them up immediately when they arrive)
What part of PA are you in I am Lower Paxton near Hershey. I have 20 machines running in my shed.
22
BTW, ive had bad luck getting reply from Blockops. Several emails, and a few replies but still not responding.
I already have a 400A service, but it covers all my electric usage (home, pool, Tesla) in addition to mining. Im maxed out though. I opted to go with immersion mainly for the noise and heat (I live in the desert)
I have found with my njord board and ac infinity it runs cooler to put the fan on the intake side.
Cool setup I can not wait to see how this turns out.
Can you host my s21? Lol I have one coming in soon!
I love watching all your progress! Definitely gets me wanting to start mining! Still trying to figure that out for myself, I’d love to start small and see how it goes. $$
Sounds like a great plan – curious to see how well it controls the heat in the summer and how much the shed heads up with all the air coming and out.
THM ❤ Finally that’s a perfect design having exhaust go directly outside is the only design that truly works, over 10 years of mining with ASIC that is truly the only design that works, and if you are in an area with cold winters, you will also need a few of the miner exhaust it recirculate inside the shed to keep the room/shed from getting crazy cool during the winter, other than that your new plans are perfect, also since you are getting commercial service can you get three phase?
That's a solid master plan, good luck executing on it. I don't think "passive income" applies to home miners, as there is always something to fix or improve.
Immersion
Haha I just updated mine to a 400A commercial power. It's better for sure
Great video ! Thanks for sharing your adventure ! What about adding lots of outside shade on your new intake wall?
Yesco or continental to get your 400amp equipment
You will blow the 50kva transformer with 400amp of constant draw
