  1. SRB are the scammers, Dynex were the ones WHO CAUGHT THEM.

Thanks for covering the SRB miner issue. It blows my mind how SRB gets caught scamming Dynex and somehow smooth brains around here are saying Dynex is the scam… Make it make sense…

  2. Generally in my life I like to do the right thing, and the right thing would be to give it back, but I've never been in a situation where doing the wrong thing would change my life so dramatically for the better so I might have to make an exception. I don't know

  3. So, if we look at gpu mining from the perspective of eth days profitability, then no, it's not even close to being back. But I think that's a broken yard stick to measure by. If however we look at gpu mining from the perspective of speculative mining, then everyone that gained a bag of Kas will say gpu mining never stopped. I stopped for a few months while I got my solar up, then went onwards with Kas. Gamble? Sure. Paid off? Well, we know right?
Great vid SOAT! Covered lots and was good coverage also. Still getting used to the beard though! Hahahaha 🙂

  4. Dynex may not be a scam, but it has been engaging in some shady nonsense since the beginning. In the beginning, there were 6 weeks of mining on antminer X3 cryptonight ASICs, the majority of which only a small group of miners in Asia had… 33 million DNX (a third of the DNX that will ever exist) into the hands of a select few before a single GPU ever fired up DynexSolve. This amounts to a premine, but the project still pretends to be “fair-launched.” For reference, the obscure antminer X3 (released in 2018) runs a deprecated version of a cpu-only algorithm that was rendered useless by an algo-shift by monero before the x3 ever released. The majority of these ASICs never left Asia and were owned by a small group of miners where they likely sat unused for 5 years until they mysteriously all fired up for the first 6 weeks of Dynex until the algo was moved to DynexSolve.

The nature of PoUW also lends itself to centralization, something that came into focus 3 months ago when the chain was frozen.

Yes, Dynex may not be a scam, but it doesn’t pass the sniff test either. If I ever mine it again, it will be sold instantly.

  5. Whenever I started mining I couldn't find exchanges that would take the coins, like I mined Ravencoin, then bittrex shut down and they were the only ones that would trade the coins … etc.. some will take certain coins but not others, it's annoying, we need one trader will will take all coins regardless, based in the US, or im less inclined to start any new mining projects..

  6. I need to hunt down the Karlsen discord Monday, but I set out to get 50k off my home rigs (about 30% of my total.) Then I'll see where it sits with headway made like a solid wallet
