orld is considerably more technologically advanced, and fostering a relationship with them could potentially transform Russia.
If Mordor is as self-sufficient as claimed and doesn't rely on Western products, replacing oil equipment should be easily manageable for your nation.
I couldn't help but reflect on what Mordor has independently created or made without resorting to the appropriation of ideas and products from other countries.
The answer appears to be, regrettably, not much.

Ask the guys who developed the T14 Armata platoons to develop parts (they put taxpayers money to good use). If they are not available the guys who developed a "Hypersonic" Kinzahl is available. Otherwise the guys who developed the squadrons of SU-57 "Stealth" fighters might do it.

It is the western world that is far more technologically advanced, and so if you ever decide to make friends with them, then maybe Russia would be a different country then.
