  1. Bro imagine having that super useful $1k device on the shelf and having never used it.

If you decide to upgrade, or to put it back on the shelf, I'll gladly accept it as a donation to finish my camper van build 😉

  2. Thinking you may want to pull the load information from the batery pack to see what raising and lowering the table draws, then see if you can pick up a small UPS to mount to the bottom of the tables, and add a some cable management. Use the table like you do, and every night as part of shop cleanup, plug in the table in it's parking space. (Even better would be to have an outlet set up so that you can simply push the table up to the wall, with the plug mounted to that edge of the table, and it plugs in. Yes, more 3d printing. Hooray?. Oh yeah, if you do this, open up the UPS to disable the alarm, or figure out how to set it so that the alarm only goes audible when the battery in the UPS is under 25% charge, and not plugged in.

  3. I added large ups’ to all my rolling desks so that I can use them and any electronics on top while not plugged into a wall.

It’s so great being able to move around your laptop and whatever you’re working on without having to turn it off and grab the power cord.

  4. Why would you not just mount it to the bottom of the table leg? it's small enough that it could be bolted to one side and not weigh down the table at all, whilst supporting the battery better and making the connectors easier to access from the side rather than the middle back of the table, could then make use of the existing wire ducting to route everything from there..

  5. The holder seems to be weak, it could be better if you can create a beam which connects both the holders with 3 screws in between. It might need more material but it can also be stronger.

  6. A place I used to work at was a hangar. They had rolling desks with dual monitor arms, a desktop all connected to the desk and a decent sized UPS attached. When they weren't in use the mechanics would just roll them to the wall and plug them in.

  7. those handles shift position pretty hard

either the plasticd isd eforming or you didn't drill them in tight enough, either way they'll break eventually…. not sure how much your battery bank costs but it might be something worth not letting falling to the floor maybe?

  8. Nice job with the solution!

One thing that stuck out to me is when you installed the power bank under desk on built brackets, I could notice some flexing.
