  1. I've watched about all of your videos a few times now and enjoyed them very much. Julie, every time Tom hold your hands up against something for size reference, can't jelp but notice how pretty your hands are. In one of your other videos, you were doing more of the camera work, and it was a nice change to listen to you narrate as you worked your way along. Tom made the comment that we would probably rather listen to Tom and watch you. I have to agree. It is much better watching you work your way along. You are the difference that sets your adventures apart from the other abandoned mine explorers.
I don't know how many more seasons that Tom will be able to keep up with you but I'll always be looking forward to seeing your next adventure.

  2. Sorry I ask a lot of stupid questions, but would any of these mines be viable today..I think many of the gold mines closed because of ww2,and not because of no gold.

  3. Hey Tom and Julie, I am trying to imagine waking up in that shack day after day, cooking on that stove and then walking into that mine to dig all day. These were determined men, I hope they died well.
    Thanks for the tour guys.

  5. what a landscape! the mine seems to be left only a few years ago. In Europe everything would have bern damaged.

  6. Hi Tom & Julie, now that's a can dump lol. Very interesting seeing the different types of rock in just that 1 mine, 1 minute it looked like it had some lead and the next you can see copper minerals. I love that tiny cabin, I guess it had everything you would need in it and I bet with the stove going it was a cosy place to be at night. Thank you for sharing, much love to you both. xx โค

  7. great views above ground and wow those are some big tunnels great stuff. maybe the fox is like a cat they go off and hide when they are ready to go…. neat purples in there… thanks for sharing…

  8. Lots of beautiful views outside. As you said Tom, interesting rocks everywhere. It's a shame that one mine was flooded. Interesting ground tram remains. That trail with the nicely stacked rock walls is sure standing the test of time! Thanks Tom and Julie! Happy Fourth Everyone!
