Would really be an amazing place to visit 😮😮😮😮. 20 hours ago, looks like summertime in Montana. How is that possible?
‼️‼️They should have shade tent fo4 the sorting tables‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
I do not like heat treating although it is generally done because I can tell. It leaves a brownish cast.
I'm 52 and I remember going to this place when I was 7 or 8. Still have the gems we found.
It may just be meX but your uploads seem to be lessening or getting shorter and I love this channel. I hope all is well and you keep pumping out the great videos with that camping couple and the many others you’ve met on your journey! I miss the stuff with your nephew, that was such a great series of vids having him along! Idk, just keep the content coming, you do your craft so well and I’m missing the 30 min Herk videos or overnight amethyst digs…Every video is a treat so thank you for that!!
Looking good Matrix and Bryan!! Cool, those sapphires look like rock candy in that container!!! 🤵🐕👍👍👍
When was this? It's frozen here right now.😂
WOW I cant believe youre finding these rare extremely CLEAR and face grade at this mine!!!! my goodness lord
Awesome 💙💙👍🏻
So, wait, what about the amethyst I think I saw in that first screen??
I am 3 Montana sapphires mounted in a ring I wear all the time- from this mine. Definitely worth the trip. Thanks for showing us your haul. Can't wait to get back and do this again!!
I loved this video Bryan! I was happy you found a pink one – it was really pretty! At first, I was little disappointed they were all clear to greenish, but it was interesting to learn (I already knew they could be heat treated), though, that the final heated colors could come out differently even though they pretty much looked the same going in. Do they heat treat right there?
Only reason I'd go back to Montana is sapphires and gold.
This place sounds awesome. I’d love to go visit.
Everything that's in that container, properly faceted, will likely fetch upwards for a grand or more.
Ok…what kind of dog is Matrix? Because I really need to know.
i went 2 years ago had a great time. they sent a few of mine off to get heat treated and cut. took a few months but eventually got my gems they are lovely!
Hey Brian, how many screen feels did you get per bucket?… just curious.
Was there a purple sapphire to the left on the 1st flip?
That was wonderful. I hope to get out there someday.
Damn he's living my dream atm
Best mineral videos on youtube watching from brazil
I can imagine the scrap pile is still bearing sapphires.
I bet you all of the aggregate that is left over is after screening for gems is done, is sold as a secondary product for a profit – and you're doing all the work for them
Bryan! This is really something! Are these stones capable of being cut into gemstones?
What a rip off 40dollars a bucket it's cheaper to just buy the sapphires
I wanna go check this place out!
I go there a few times a year!, got an underground mine in philipsburg!
It’s like gold panning. Cool!
I've been looking forward to you doing a Montana sapphire episode. Coincidentally, I did my first mail-order box of gravel this weekend. It's from the Eldorado Bar location, though.
I got just over 30 ct from the box, several over a carat, and about 4 clear enough to cut. The biggest was 2.6 ct. No fancy colors, though. Gonna try Gem Mountain next.
Travel is pretty hard for me, so it's nice to be able to rock-hound by mail. I wish it was possible at more types of deposits. No chance of me searching for red beryl. I'm close enough to the Benitoite mine to do a day-trip, so I'll get to do that one at least.
Too much and years Ay no more Looking videos George
i bought 30lbs in the mail 25 yrs ago! found about 13!!
Wow those are beauties!! Looks like fun.
