  1. You think that’s bad. In NC there are no zoning regs where my mom built her little dream retirement home in a residential area. Her neighbor soon after started a port-a-potty business. She now has an endless stream of outhouses coming and going in view of her home, with occasional rank odors. That’s a high price for freedom.

  2. Why does CCP need to do bitcoin mining in US when they could do it easily in China? Super computer can increase efficiency for online hacking and spying, especially with added benefit of proximity. Why did American lawmakers allow this on American soil? Looks like another security risk.

  3. I feel so bad for these neighbors. I used to live next to a bunch of all night partiers and it was torture. Noise can destroy your life. The impact of chronic noise needs to be taken more seriously.

  4. There are so many parts missing to the story. Neither a business wants to be daily involved with citizen/neighbor. and the citizen does not want to be involved with the business..
The fan noise makes no sense with respect to miners. That noise in video was totally something not mining related.

  5. As a resident of Arkansas, being a one party state you can imagine how much 'deregulation' is loved. These folks love deregulation so long as it is harmful to others, but start to whine as soon as they are forced to take responsibility for their actions.

  6. Bitcoin is not a currency. The Satoshi paper claimed it would be, but it failed to deliver on that claim in spectacular fashion. And it turns out that blockchain technology is a poor system for ever running a currency use case. At best it’s digital speculation or a form of price-variable bearer bond. Excellent for laundering money and offshoring without government oversight…for people who like that sort of thing.

  7. I think that her property needs watering… say with a high pressure fire hose… And say that hose just happens to get out of control, and hit that mining server farm? Oops… what a shame… ;-P

stupidity raises it head in state and local politics… AGAIN…

  8. Wait so you're telling me complete deregulation leads to people taking advantage and causing trouble for lower income families? Who could have seen that coming except for literally anyone who's not Republican. Those families got what they voted for.

  9. When you move to the country, it must be realised that there is no zoning outside Incorporated cities whatsoever. The only remedy is to buy a large enough piece of land – so that nobody is close to your house. Republicans are not going to oppose obnoxious bc mining because it's "big business." Unless it's tax breaks for the ultra-rich 1%, Republicans will not support it – even if it's good for the People They opposed social security, medicare, civil rights, food stamps – and ultimately rural electrification back in the 1930s. (Republicans said it was going to cost too much to install and would not make a profit) F the common everyday working people, but still you continue to vote for MAGA'tards anyway. .. 🐥 🤷🏻

  10. China is secretly responsible for the worst environmental practices here in the US, through thousands of varied industries.
Under the guise of ‘building the local economy’.

  11. So he ushered in criminal elements, most from the CCP, for a "cheap date" off the backs of taxpaying working families and took away their right to do anything about it – the noise or anything else.
If you can't see what these people are doing….bless your heart.

  12. I say we should help those red states get all the republican policies we can help them get! Maybe the businesses will just buy the whole south.

  13. Bet they’re still gonna vote trump. I’m sure if you talked to them long enough that they’d be telling you the government should get out of their lives!

  14. To me it's just a shame and it actually hurts the investment. And it's just an xbox for rich people to burn money and for get all of you. We have the power and we don't care. Bitcon ow because no regulations no nothing because that never goes rowing.
