There tends to be this over-emphasis about stopping deforestation of the Amazon as though that's the only garden we have on Earth. Keep that intact and we're somehow good. Attention should also be given to other regions of the planet and re-forestation efforts.
Venezuelan Amazon is also suffering eventhough it was not mentioned. The situation is even worse because the ilidal mining on Venezuela is protected by the dictatorial regime.
i was thinking on real life iif we cannot stop this at least we can create a product different from mercury that at least made the land reusable, is it posible to do that? i know is not the best solution but it can solve many problem related to the post mining but the illgal mining itself it will hard to stop since there too wie territory to cover and few people to make that job

Save the amazon! I wonder how much natural environments left in U.S. I mean everybody is looking at these forests like they were our tressure. No… This is their tressure and they will do everything they want with it. Maybe they still have it now, because they saved it in the past, not like us-ruining everything around? And what is more to say, We probably use the most of these exact resources.
