There isn't going to be a bull run the way it use to be because once prices go up, everyone is just going to turn on their farms that are off right now. = Yields are going to decrease as the prices go up so the amount miners will make will be about the same. I'd bet half of all hash power is just off collecting dust right now, keep that in mind. Just look at all the youtubers alone. That's probably 1000 GPU's sitting off right there.
