If Trump paid Karen McDougal or Stormy Daniels (as alleged) through Michael Cohen, then tax deducted the payments for such payoffs either in his or his company's taxes, in false tax returns claiming them falsely as sec. 213 business expenses, would each tax return not be tax fraud–and be per a conspiracy to commit a felony which is what NY will assert converts this election fraud to felonies? The tax felonies would be two per year of payments: one for the US Federal tax return and another for NY state's tax return. Hush money payments are NOT tax deductible, business expenses nor reimbursements for those payments! Quarterly (and financial) may also be false and each may be separate felonies.

  3. It's interesting to note the more permits and roadblocks to getting EV batteries into production means a longer wait to exit fossil fuels. It doesn't mean energy production isn't increasing.

  4. The cost of EVs is still too high. Getting the resources is just one of the costs. Tax credits for the purchaser passes part of the cost to the taxpayer. Government should step aside and let the marketplace decide.
