I don't think you want to run jellyfin on a CT. I think you want to run a real VM and passthrough the GPU (in my case, the Intel GPU built in the CPU) for superior QuickSync transcoding ability.
Also, you need a hell of a lot of HDD space for the transcode directory. It fills up real fast and if you fill your hdd, the jellyfin httpd won't even load.
