I have a cluster of 3 nuc's just like the one you have. I have the high version with dual 2.5g nic's. It draws 8 watt per node.

Great tour. How are you running proxmox on the default consumer ssd? I'm virtualising opnsense on similar device with ZFS and it's writing 24GB/day without HA. Do you also use ZFS?
