I created a logical volume for my nextcloud server data. I then added that logical volume to the /etc/fstab file.

When my proxmox host would reboot, I was returned with an error on boot:
[ TIME ] Timed out wating for device /dev/mapper/my-logical-volume

This caused the boot sequence to hang…
