It's shocking that UGreen is taking a stance that your warranty will be Void if you do this from your previous video. Wow, I can see, we can't help you at this time since you installed 3rd party software, 100% understandable if/when they remote in and grab log files ( assuming that's what they do ). Does not apply to it not turning on or ports not working. Especially since TrueNAS and UnRAID have been doing their software way longer than they have.
Is you can’t use trunas or unraid is there specific software you should be using for these hardware? Im just looking into NAS and have heard of these programs but not sure if the hardware has their own programs
Nope .. here in Germany I got the warranty on the hardware and they can't force me to use their operating system.
