Spiritual Military training: (The gym could be

Man i lost the war against this personal trainer in sept 23 of last year
I went from 276 lbs to 210lbs and i was running 5 miles easy every
And pumping iron
Because of semen retention
And i was going to put him on game
I never saw him as competition

But since he was younger than me and the co workers i never really tried to fit in with them
They was all into that evil eye bracelets
Crystals and smoking weed
They was also all smashing each other like orgies

I would hear them say yea thats the home girl
But they would all get a turn with her

I didn't smash none of them
But i could of
I had this chick in my energy
When she was at work she would get energy and always want to clean around me
Or want my attention
At first it was cool
But i caught on
I started dreaming about her and i didn't even like her like that
She was attractive
But she had this energy like she was molested at a young age
And giving it up to randoms is normal
So she would try to make me perceive her self like a good girl
But i already knew what time it was
And she came drunk one time with a younger co worker and almost hugged me while i was in the bycicle

But i told you the story
The trainer i called him out that i wanted my fade
He got soo scared snitch on me
N i got banned from all pf
And ever since that i fell of i started running in the park
And week later twisted my ankle and rip the back part of my skin

Who ever goes to the gym on sr
Ever goes to the gym to really improve and gain confidence on they besst selves

Its good and solid advice
I wish i had went to another gym instead of getting banned
But i learned a valuable lesson

If i ever go back to any gym im buying earphones a mask even though i hate mask
And sun glasses

And yeah i got some trigger words but its mostly from "friends".. Like u don't eat right, train right, lift enough, u train 2 much etc etc.. All hatred man!! They know u on that bodygainz and they jelous 😂 I can't really get angry over it because its really fd man.. Im not even in shape or nothing, just started, and they already hatin.. Its ok for them if everybody else has this or that but as soon a chosen one gets something or smiles abit they get frustrated with it.. U can't get hurt by nothing! Thats why i even pray before i go to the gym! To protect me from demonic energy and injuries! And u not crazy brother, u just tuned in with the Holy Spirit..

the thing with trigger words is real, its been happening to me all my life, never knew what was happening up until very recently. it can even be ppl i consider my freinds during it, so i gotta seperate from all that. thank you for the video
