The slow write speed for writing to protected array is because it need to look up and compare with parity back and forward which causing some slow down ( this explained in turbo write session )
Enable turbo write in unraid will wake up all disk during write which is bump up the speed from 60 to 110
My setup:
Terramaster 6 bay installed unraid pro ,2.5G network , 4x MG09 18TB which 2 of them was parity
Copy using windows file explorer or fast copy over SMB give similar result
Just started using unraid like 2 week ago and i am happy with it
