  1. I’ve been trying for going on four weeks to get customer support from Veeam. As a former CEO and founder of two companies, I can see only two reasons I am getting the runaround. 1, they are not all that organized or 2, (which I have seen before from companies like Veeam) they like to show off their big customer base and tell you how they service them and the technology they bring to them. The problem is when push comes to shove who do you think gets Veeam’s resources first, a small to mid-size company, or Siemens, Airbus, and ABB? Great companies service all of their customers big and small. Based on the way I have been treated, and what some small business owners/employees have replied to on my posts I would defiantly say Veeam is NOT in the great company category!!!!

  2. I downloaded the Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows almost 5 weeks ago for my wife’s computer which she uses to work with my daughter’s small entertainment company. When I went to install it the error I got was "failed to initialize setup program. Refer to setup logs for details.” Everywhere I have looked to get answers on how to get rid of the error and load the software, Veeam is asking for a business email address 1st before I can get on the Veeam forum, or contact support. The problem is my daughter’s company like so many small companies use a Gmail account which Veeam will not accept. I have emailed, and messaged Veeam, it seems they put software out that has issues and then turn their back on the people trying to get help by leaving them no place to get answers and no one to talk to. Even though the software is being used by a company, because my daughter uses Gmail, they will not accept it to get support!!!!!!! Some Veeam users have tried to help me because they feel bad that I am stuck with software that does not work, and zero support from Veeam that offered the problematic software. Its sad strangers care more about helping me than the company who caused the issues.
