HA Cluster autostart VMs after a planned shutdown of cluster

I have an HA cluster(6.5), and my site is doing a power maintenance. I want to shut down the hosts/storage, and when i turn them back on after the power work is completed, I then would like the previously powered on VMs to turn themselves back on.

Last time i did this, on another cluster, i didn’t have much lead time, so i took a screenshot of the powered on VMS, and manually turned them back on after power was restored, but i would rather not do that this time around, and do it correctly.

Can you folks help me out with a proper process to facilitate this?
