You want to buy the flagship MikroTik router that is always in your dreams. You are 8 years MikroTik user, you recommend MIkroTik to the companies that you work for or work with. Finally you buy the router you like most from the official distributor of MikroTik, and when you open the box, you see that the router was damaged, then neither distributor nor MikroTik replies your mails, your support requests, your phone calls, and both MikroTik and its distributor say that you should use that damaged router, but you paid full money of the new router. Would you choose MikroTik again?? I am asking it to MikroTik users. I like MikroTik products, but if you were I, would you choose MikroTik again? Would you recommend MikroTik to your friends and colleagues?
