  1. I can see in my YouTube analytics that these mini-PCs are incredibly popular right now with viewers. My first video got over 300K views and my 2nd got over 230K…so a lot of people are considering buying these small computers. Have YOU considered buying a mini-PC?

  2. I had mine less than a week ago and sent it back to amazon on the same day it came in the mail. The wifi card was terrible. My acer Nitro 5 can download at over 500Mb/s. The Mini PC barely got 50 Mb/s. I even tried putting a TP Link Archer wireless adapter to boost speed. It conflicted with my wireless mouse no matter what USB port I used. Most likely because it isn't equipped with enough PCIE lanes to handle those 4 USB ports on the back. I even had a 220 dollar coupon and thought it was a ripoff. Over 1000 dollars Canadian is way too much for this. I mean if you're building something that can game you need enough pcie lanes. You need fast wifi to download big games. It's a great start, but these Mini PCs are clearly unfinished. I won't be buying one for quite a while yet.

  3. Interesting video… Now.. Now in 2023, playing under 60 fps is a NO GO for me !!
I guess you can lower graphics in order to get 60 fps.
oh well, I 'll wait the next "collection" of mini PC in 2024 and I decided then….
But it's pretty practical and convenient , regarding the size of this PC.

  4. It looks great. I love my gaming pc and maybe next year I'll look into upgrading my gaming pc. I will look forward to see maybe next year you cover the next more upgraded models for gaming pc's. Cool video. ^_^

  5. Thank you– I LIKE this…. strongly considering this one.. I like the BEELINK SER 6 and 7 too– but this looks very good.. YOur video helps me as I do video too- (not gaming- actual video processing etc.)..

  6. Why HDMI for a PC? Don’t want to connect it to TV. Need Displayport for a Computer Display. Very annoying, that the USB-A ports are turned upside down. Especially when being on the backside 🤔

  7. With the way AI is quickly advancing, it'll be integrated into these GPUs to generate additional frames so 30fps would turn into something like 60fps or higher to make for a smoother experience! 😀

  8. I just got a laptop with the 7940h/780m and a rtx 4070 and I'm really suprised how often it just keeps using the 780m for 1080p gaming and performs well especially with emulation. With PS1/PS2 and Gamecube emulation the 4070 just sleeps no matter what improvements I enable at 1080p and it runs so quiet with the 780m doing the work.

I'm so impressed that I'm not even using or missing my rtx 3090 desktop and 1440p for gaming, I'm definitely realising 4K isn't affecting the enjoyment of gaming.

  9. From everything you've described this sounds like tge perfect statem for me. Im just looking for simething that can run emulation up to the later stuff with no issues and some steam gameing. 4k isnt all that important. 1080p with graet Frame rate us all i neeed. Hopefully i can pick something like this up soon.

  10. I am considering buying one of these mini PCs to use as an encoding box, as I've seen tests where a 5950X will render a 1 hour episode in AV1 in about an hour and 52 minutes, and the Beelink GTR7 will render it in about 2 hours 33 minutes, which isn't much longer, while using barely any power and freeing up my m ain machine. I just can't decide between this one at the GTR7 [Pro].

I like that the UM790 Pro has WiFi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 and comes as a Barebones option so I could pick my own SSD(s) and RAM, but I like the IO better on the GTR7 [Pro].
