I have tried the injection both times I have dealt with trigger finger and it did come back and I had to have surgery. I am planning a second surgery for this summer.

i had a steroid injection for trigger finger yesterday, can i still go to the gym and do weight training?
Wow I saw a doctor Locally and he said it would never go away and I have to do surgery. I told him I would like the steroid shot like he mentioned and he got mad! I guess he wasn't getting the big bucks for surgery. And I never went back to him agian for lying! My finger is just stiff and never locked up… Yet!.
My left pinky started doing this like 2 months into lifting weights

My pinkie just suddenly starting doing this a few minutes ago and I have no clue why. I can move it fine, but when I bend it, it suddenly snaps to a further position. Like imagine these numbers are the position changing: 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11. Like it’s skipping to a further angle/position when I bend it.
