UEM Shortcut issue within a VDI desktop

I’ll try to include everything relevant, if I’ve left something out that might help, please say so.

Background: Legacy application needs to be available in Win10 VDI image, but we don’t want to have to install it. Have a Citrix environment as well, so installed the Horizon Agent on a Citrix server, and can launch the app through the Horizon Client from the Citrix server just fine. The issue I’m running into is when I’m trying to drop that shortcut in the Win10 VDI desktop via UEM. Have tried both of the below formats for the UEM shortcut, both throw the same “You are not entitled to that desktop or application.” error, even though I can launch it just fine in the desktop not using the UEM shortcut, and outside of the desktop via the horizon client with the same credentials.

UEM Shortcut format 1:

Target: vmware-view://***dnsaddress***/CN=***Application***,OU=Applications,DC=vdi,DC=vmware,DC=int

UEM Shortcut format 2:

Target: C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware Horizon View Client\vmware-view.exe

Arguments: –serverURL ***dnsaddress*** –loginAsCurrentUser 1 –appName CN=***Application***,OU=Applications,DC=vdi,DC=vmware,DC=int

Anyone else tried this and might know what I’m missing?
