Dayna and I headed back into the Golconda Copper mine to investigate a huge pile of mine tailings (Mine Ore) that was left behind when the mine shut down almost 100 years ago. We ran this crush material through the new Gold Hog Z3 High Banker. And the results were very surprising in a very…

Hi Dan, considering purchasing either a z3 or a piglet. What size pump are you running with the z3, is 1β sufficient ?
If you're not sucking up all the water going by in the creek with your pump, then why not dig a little area where the pump inlet is placed for the water to pool up? You could always fill the hole back up with the rocks and dirt you initially removed after you're done pumping!
Had a question is pyrite magnetic?
How much do you pay for subscribers Dan ?
This video seems to be running FF unless Dan is talking really fast
Dan I need your help I like to send you some pictures
Why was so much unprocessed copper ore left behind, seems kind of crazy and wasteful.
Mad respect for gold hog sending products to not only test but also improve for everyone to see.
Dan I found a specimen in the Columbia River. It's green on quarts and it has Crystal formations. Might you know what it is?
Gold hog high bankers hoppers lose way to much material out the back of the hopper. I have there piglet and added 2 inches of grizzly bar length which makes a world of difference
Iam hicham from quebec β€β€β€ id lovr to work with you
Those copper/iron veins look an aweful lot like your ocean picture stone to me. Have you ever crushed some of that up to see if there was gold content? Im sure the OPS is more valuable as specimens, but still curious.
Take Jason a good sample of that crush. Smelt it. See if there's any values. ?
Gold Hog did verry well by letting you testrun the sluice! Loved the moment you turned around the raised hose ends part, for compact traveling. That is how neat adjustments are made π Hope Gold Hog puts Dan's feature into the end designβ₯οΈ
the first set of riffles, sitting on the rod, looks like the fall is too shallow?
I noticed you also moved the water jets up to the bottom holes. Fixed your 2 inch rock problem.
3", thank you for using freedom units instead of metric for your southern watchers! π joking of course, thank you for the entertainment and information, as always Mr. Hurd. Thank you Mrs. Hurd for your hard work and sharing your husbands time with the rest of us!β€
Hey Dan. What do you think about using a metal detector on the Frazer river? Do you think it's worth bringing or a waste of time? Reason being is because you really don't find huge nuggets there. Love your videos. πππ¨π¦
Hey Dan how's it going? Have you ever crushed Lava Rocks and panned it for gold? Just wondering
He is a very very knowledgeable person that is one reason I like watching his program there's not too many people that actually explain everything to you as he goes I like that good man
Great video π
Those kinks on the lay-flat seems to really give the pump a workout.
A slightly longer hose out from the T may allow it to swing down on ground and meet a lay-flat straight?
