  1. If you're not sucking up all the water going by in the creek with your pump, then why not dig a little area where the pump inlet is placed for the water to pool up? You could always fill the hole back up with the rocks and dirt you initially removed after you're done pumping!

  2. Those copper/iron veins look an aweful lot like your ocean picture stone to me. Have you ever crushed some of that up to see if there was gold content? Im sure the OPS is more valuable as specimens, but still curious.

  7. Those kinks on the lay-flat seems to really give the pump a workout.
    A slightly longer hose out from the T may allow it to swing down on ground and meet a lay-flat straight?
