VCP Bootcamp?

Word just came down the department has monies available for training and I thought about possibly taking a VCP Bootcamp.

Any pros or cons I should consider? Any programs out there better than others?

Myself, I’m a 20-year IT guy with 10 or so years using VMWare in SMB environments. I moved into an enterprise environment about a year ago. No formal VMWare training, just work of mouth and lots of Google.
