  1. Hi Steven. I used iperf to test network performance in our NSX environment from an Alpine linux kernel and managed to get line rate 25Gbps through the network. Our NSX Edge Nodes also forwarded this traffic at the line rate. Our MTU had to be 8800 to get this. In Windows we could only get 12Gbps with higher MTU, suggesting the linux kernel is more performant. Is the 10Gbps VXNET3 limitation still valid as our testing in ESX 8.0.1 gave superior performance.
