Story 27. As somebody who worked at a Harvey Norman for nearly a decade, i can 100% vouch for it. For a billion dollar multi national company, some if their business practices are so freakin' bushleague i wouldn't expect it from a Mum and Dad operation. I went for an interview at one of their locations and was told I would be required to basically harrass each and every customer to get them to write a review about how I did. And if I was unable to get a certain amount of good reviews every single week, then I would be at risk of disciplinary actions. Yeah, no thank you. I got the hell out of there and ignored them after.

Apple, I had an iphone explode at my high school. The fumes knocked out a teacher and two students and many went to the ER. I later heard that Apple blamed the exploding phone on the poor person who owned it and claimed she was using an off-brand charger and the phone was charging when it exploded (it wasn't according to multiple friends in that class at the time) and refused to take any responsibility, that and many other reasons is why I'm team Samsung now

Wizards of the Coast. Their entire OGL shitstorm is one reason, and the other is how terrible their products are. I don't play MTG, but D&D 5E was just terrible. The entire game was made and balanced around doing very specific things. The balance was terrible and just about every rule needed to be fixed before play. Plus the Pinkerton shit and the top assholes only seeing customers as barriers to their money. Yeah, to them the money we earn isn't ours.
The Pinkertons are also the final straw that made me stop watching another Youtuber. I want to watch Pokemon videos, not hear about current events or something completely unrelated to the topic. And no the Pinkertons have no connection to a small pink creature that hunts armor plated birds.

I dealt with one particular Best Buy that tried to screw me over. I was buying Sonic Heroes that day and when I got home, I found a burn cd of Pink Floyd in the case (the case was plastic sealed). I went back to the store to complain and either get a refund or a free replacement. They dragged their feet and tried not to do either but eventually gave up and I got my game for free after they went through each case that had to make sure the game was there. This just meant they were make a good show of faith, but all it proved was that some of their employees are thieves and re-wrap the cases in order to hide their crimes. I never went back to that location ever again.
The motherboard of my first PC, a Compaq (meaning HP with another name) went unexpectedly and unexplainably FUBAR at 13 months, 1 month after the warranty expired.
Never again. And don't get me started on their 3-in-1 printers. Waste of fucking money.
Ugh that first story, Bank of America, is why going with a local credit union is one of the best decisions I've made. I can walk in there, wait for maybe 15 minutes, and they'll generally sort out whatever my issue is right away. Even temporary debit cards.
