Don't know if anyone will see this comment, but i want to take the design and use it in our research project in school and use it to cool the pc and see if there are any differences in performance than a regular fan

You will need at least 8 TEC's to make a room cool in the slightest.
Cold side goes to the aluminum water block with water pump going to an external radiator with fan to blow cold air off of the water radiator. Hot side gets large heatsink and air moving fan to cool heated side. With a partition to separate the cold side from the hot side. Partition goes in window frame with hot side outside and cold side and water radiator on the inside. That is how a window unit is designed.
no need to waste time and money on stupid peltiers.

кпд Пельтье по хладопроизводительности 7% чтобы охладить процессор на 50вт нужно подвести мощности 350вт!
(и отвести такую тепловую мощность от радиатора при низком тепловом сопротивлении! )
Хорошая идея для охлаждения процессора, учитывая его тепловыделение, иней не будет образовываться, поверхность будет выше плюс 20 градусов.
