Man, after all these years of not getting him I (finally) got him to spawn on me after four hours. Only problem, I wasn’t able to kill him. I was so fucking pissed I just about uninstalled the game. Fuck this freemode bullshit.

What a waste of time. I was waiting 2 hours and he finally got me and I killed him but he was a bit too far and the present de spawned as soon as I approached it. What a joke honestly. I think I’m done with this game for a while. Huge waste of time.
I play on old gen (ps4) and I can confirm that killing the Gooch you'll get both the mask and outfit if you don't already have the mask and in my case I didn't have the mask and got both.
