ive been shot with a .22 and its still in my leg so stop saying its deadly, like a 9mm or 45acp yes a .22 can kill from 4ft away but anything more and you would need to hit them in the eye or get hella lucky and go through the rib cage, btw the .22 in my leg only went 1" below the surface didn't hit bone or anything and is still there after 30 years, so ya for self defense i want a 9mm minimum also ive been shooting guns since i was 5 and currently own a pistol in 9mm and a rifle in 7.62×39, i also served in the military with the .22 in my leg
