Add RemoteFX 3D video adapter in Hyper-V

This tutorial shows how to add RemoteFX 3D video adapter for created VM and use configured GPU to passthrough in session.

RemoteFX 3D video adapter settings will remain grey out until GPU settings are not configured to use with RemoteFX.
