  1. Another banger! Only found Ericks page thanks to dr Mike, loving the focus on slower eccentrics and full rom training, combined with proper mental health. This is peak positive masculinity. Keep up the great work bro!

  2. The transparency and the honesty of these podcast truly are amazing. I’ve been suffering from bad acne hopping on TRT and just listening to these guys talk about side effects gives me such a relief to let me know. I’m not alone alone. Please keep the podcast intimate like this because I feel like I’m in there with you.

  3. talks ghb intake but doesn't mention once the toupee? cringe. Also the zoo culture wanker behaviour where he winds up and those his hands. !Also cringe and Also fails to mention how he has been offered out like 5 times n backed down every time. Fake as press on nails. edit. sorry he is talking gh not ghb. U on one son.

  4. The highest I ever ran test was six grams a week and it was briefly after titrating upwards to experiment and see the risk/cost scenario. I found very little to be gained in excess of two grams. So thereafter, I never ran test alone more than 2ish grams a week. It’s been a lot of experimentation over the past fifteen years to find out what’s best for growth but also best to keep the bloods and sides in check.

  5. great show. love the transparency and valid bb information. We're at a point now where theres too much information so people need to do their own research and validation.
Couple of takes, should have a cough button. The sniffs, snorts n coughs can be jarring. The audio is super compressed with the low end amplified. Should bring in an actual a/v engineer to tweak the levels. It makes it tough listening on earbuds/headphones cause its so bassey and intense. I have to go into the eq settings and turn down the bass n treble n turn up the mids. I say once you perfect the audio for the listener then the show would be in that top tier of podcasts. A/V is the biggest difference between good and great shows.

  6. Nyle these pods are becoming a highlight of my week. Absolutely loving the real vibe and all the guests. Thanks for the quality discussion and content man.
