This worked for me! I had to do FN + Shift + F10 for it to work. Also make sure to plug in a corded mouse & click in the black box that comes up so you’re able to type. Lifesaver – thank you!!!!!

I did that, and when windows installed the Wifi icon was missing.. how could I connect wifi then? Then I had to connect LAN cable through router and had to install all the drivers then it done! Really this thing is annoying from Microsoft ‼️
(Even when j was in there Network connection screen only option was there is LAN not for Wifi, Strange)
Having this issue on a new build desktop. I have tried using the command prompt OOBE/BYPASSNRO and each time it says " OOBE" is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." What do I try next?
Just using a wired mouse worked for me. I could see my network, but couldn’t get to the Connect button with arrow keys, etc.

I ended up connecting my phone via usb and switched on usb tethering and it worked
i simply cannot switch to cmd or task manager. what to do?

If friggin Linux woulda been user friendly 20 years ago instead of still command line ffs (practically) it'd be a diff world.
