Some of us already know there is boost power for riders that don't have lvl 99 like Ex Aid but i didn't know or never seen any rider use kimewaza yet?

The first way you used it is the first way it's used in the show. Emu fails at activating it so Kuroto uses it like a normal Gashat to get 10 seconds of invincibility
