Stop filming in a customers car…
Dang any mechanic i met would bash in the rest of the dash to distract you from it
I sure hope they were understanding, you went above and beyond
Based Mechanic
100x respect
Hard to find a good trustworthy mechanic these days
Matt litke is the man to know when dealing with mk4s
Good man.
That is a VW… R34s are Nissan…
I know an even better way of solving these problems. PUT YOUR F- ING CAMERA AWAY AND JUST DO THE WORK REQUIRED. Stop messing with this shit. And now the owner has a non standard car, including the sweeping needles. Grow up sonny.
Clusters by who??
I would have got out the black sharpie…
Why not just paint it
100% true.
Matt's buddy here in ohio. Dude does awesome work and such a good guy
The client wanted to keep the car mostly stock, so i proceeded to put on a bunch of aftermarket shit
Since when did Volkswagen make r32's?
this makes me so happy
From a customer POV I would be extremely happy with that, I hope yours was too
Wanna scratch the radio in my mk4 r32?
Why it say vw on the radio if it's a r32
but he probably had extra unexpected bill he didn't think he had to pay lol.
These monsoons are all over eBay for 100
Or less. I would have gotten a good one in the best condition.
Don't forget to just inform the customer to whatever happend and explain we take the responsibility or offer solution until everyone is statisfied.
Liar see a Volkswagen key steering wheel and head unit u ain’t working on anything Jdm ur the only mechanic lying rn
R32 with a Volkswagen head unit💀 ya ok buddy
Not the mk4 r32 golf (r) ! How dare you!!!! JK lol
Black nail polish
Shit happens. I worked for years on cars. Doing interior and exterior work.
I made scratches in and outside cars. But I never lied about it and told the customer what happened and how we/I was gonna fix it.
Never had a customer that got mad. People like honesty when stuff like this happens and a lot of people recognised that working on cars has a small risk of damage from time to time.
How does a camera that falls down into the gear shifter assembly scratch a radio that is elevated from the shifter?
Technicians don’t make mistakes because they don’t have cameras set up in customers cars 😂
