those are bladder style accumulators. if they have any issues, as long as the shell isn't damaged you should be able to change the bladders for cheap.

Definitely not taking the soul out of the car by removing the battery and electric motors. If anything he’s removing a bunch of dead unneeded weight. After all it will be faster without tall of it and will be a true sports car. The gas engine is the soul of the car! Why do you think they didn’t put batteries and electric motors in all their car models?
I like watching the P1 videos but I would rather watch him work on cars that are normal everyday cars and turn them into something much better with all the high end custom interiors and paint jobs. At least the videos don’t take 2-3 years to be finished and you get videos more often instead of once every 1-3 months.
I really don’t like the wheels. It’s amazing otherwise though

Will it be a better performing car once it's complete? Yes.
Will it really be a P1 beyond badging and on the title (cause that's what it said when it left the factory) once it's complete? No
And that's fine. It's an amazing project and you are making it your own. You just chose to remove the quintessential part that makes it a P1 and people are going to have opinions about that.
I personally still think he should make kee the hybrid system. Just wanted to watch how he can overcome the build
