Windows 10 and 11 recently added a new security feature and it’s enabled by default – even after just updating. If you have it enabled and don’t use virtual machines you can disable it for an instant up to +10% or more FPS boost.

Excellent video! But if it's still not working, try this: Run Command Prompt as an administrator and use the following command (bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off). Then, reboot your computer.
i unticked the virtual machine platform restarted my computer at first it worked then i turned off my pc went to bed turned my pc back on and it had re-enabled itself so i had to dissable it again
I don't get it mine is off but on system information it says its still running
none of that worked
Easiest way is to disable it in the bios
bro mine is still working after all the tutorial things pls help me out
I loved this tutorial! I can't believe it was so difficult top turn this feature off I had done every step and until the last one finally VBS turned off. The only reason I am even disabling this is so I can undervolt my cpu and to do this I need to use the Ryzen utility and to use that VBS has to be turned off. So much just to disable a feature so dumb! Glad you made a comprehensive tutorial on this thanks man <3
its still running for me. please help

Wheres the proof? does it really boost fps tho, show us comparison stats
mine was already off…well…it just means my pc is crap
LTT got hacked right maybe they disable to much for fps
already showing turned offf….
I use a third party anti-virus and not window def, so disabling this shouldn't be a concern right?
you can also just turn off virtualization in bios (tip: virtualization is called SVM if you're on an asus rog motherboard like me)
I don't even see vbs in msinfo32
how to fix slow loading fortnite
It's off by default on my system, but you should turn on your Kernel DMA Protection…
but shouldt you have this setting on??
ThioJoe had more info about this and shows that this isn't really true.
I turned it in Bios and it shows is as off!
Mine is not enabled
When trying to open System Settings the way you described I got the following pop up error message ' The page you are trying to access has no supported features and is not available '. The page that did open had Device Security as an option but did not look or have any information relating to your guide .
thank you for the good guide!
A while back I thought I would like to have the Android Subsystem for Windows running on my machine.
I installed it, played around a bit and haven't really been using it.
Since I wasn't using it anymore I decided to follow this guide.
Now an intsering issue that I've been having that I wasn't able to find a cause for has been fixed too.
I'm on 3GB Fiber and I have a 2.5GB NIC in machine, for a long while my download speed was only 1.5GB.
After removing Android Subsystem I'm back up to my full speed.
Very happy about that, thank you for the tip and helping to fix something I wasn't expecting this to help fix.
Welp Core Isolation page isnt there and it also says in msinfo the virtualization security is not enabled so at least I dont have this junk already.
Overall its clearly official to the consumer and avid gamer – Win 11 is garbage and a shite show, so Microsoft is being run by a bunch of scumbags with an Ngreedia mindset. I can see Win 12 coming out and offering -12% in gaming with another +15% increase in RAM and CPU usage hogging but include some new fancy buttons layout or desktop redesign and a Recycle button randomly placed somewhere in Excel.
damn bro, what are your audio presets? it sounds so clean? what do you use audition? and could you send me the link to how you made it sound like that?
It's off by default for me windows 10 home.
