Sticks out like a sore thumb
My hats off to this team for all the sucess they had, but let's be realistic here. I'm betting if you took this car directly from Le Mans and tried to run it in a NASCAR event it would not be allowed to run. This is a purposely built car to run at Le Mans, not a NASCAR. It does however show that a car based on a NASCAR vehical can compete with some of the world best. I can't wait to see them return and put it to them again.😊

So it really isnt a NASCAR, If the chasis is completely different, paddle shift trans, larger tank (I'll let that one go) Cant tell if they changed the exhaust or not. I also cant stand when they refer to NASCAR cars as ""stock cars" they have not been truly stock cars for DECADES.
